Shoden (level one), the recently found
Reiki inheritance
Usui Reiki is a powerful yet simple,
safe and natural hands-on healing, which can be learned by anyone to promote the
body’s own ability to heal itself. Thanks to many independent Reiki Masters who
traced the history of Usui Reiki in Japan, these techniques became available to
the western lineage. In August 2001, Walid had a great chance to learn these
directly from two of the well-known Masters and authors of many Reiki books:
Frank Peter Arjava and Chetna Kobayachi. Because these techniques are very
powerful and effective to any Reiki Practitioner, Walid feels a moral obligation
to teach them to help Practitioners broaden their Reiki practice to another
dimension and also to spread these techniques all over the world.
This course incorporates the
following Japanese techniques
● The three pillars of Reiki
Gassho meditation- simple and effective daily meditation
Reiji prayer- indication of the spirit
Chiryo- treatment
● The five Reiki principles and their meanings and kotodamas

● Kenyoku Ho- to strengthen your energy and to disconnect yourself
from people, situations, thoughts and emotions
● Joshin Kokyu Ho- a breathing exercise to purify the soul and
