Have you ever spent time talking with someone and afterwards felt drained and tired. Guess what? You've just been tapped.

Everyone, at some time or another, has met an individual who seems to be surrounded with negativity, or has visited a place that seems filled with "bad vibrations." Friends tell you their problems and go away feeling better while you feel drained (the so-called psychic vampire). You can recognize psychic vampires although it is a little more difficult. People can be very clever at disguising it or they may not even realize that they are doing it. All they know is they feel bad and talking to you or spending time with you makes them feel better, so they crave being around you. You can still spend time with these people and care for their well being, just protect yourself. Interaction with people should be positive and encouraging.

Some people are particularly sensitive to others and these people act as sponges, soaking up negative energy from people around them. These people must take care to protect themselves so they don't absorb too much negative energy. Psychic protection is not just for those in the psychic and metaphysical field. True psychic protection is essential to the health and well being of everyone.

Within this workshop you will learn to solve most of the problems of day to day negativity that may be encountered with people, places and things. It teaches how to clean away the negativity in your environment, how to clean the previous tenant's vibrations out of your house or apartment, how to cleanse your own aura. This workshop offers basic and practical tools for psychic protection that can be learned quickly and easily to become an automatic part of life. The basic exercises can aid anyone in day-to-day living.
