How we deal with stress, disappointments, and frustration, determines the essence of our personality.
There are a lot of negative emotions. There is anger, hatred, panic, etc. These emotions can be so dominant that they take possession of your life. Dominant negative emotions can not only cause a lot of unhappy moments, but in time, cause also physical complaints.

We all know how powerful hatred and anger are on a physical level. There is a lot of forceful energy that comes from these feelings. We can learn not to hook into the negativity that is in our world. We can learn how to become open, loving and compassionate beings once more. All this is easily said, but how do you shut anger, hatred, etc., out of your live? There are ways of meditation, which can help you with releasing these negative emotions. During the workshop we learn how to recognise a negative emotion, and how to deal with it.
