Since the dawn of time people have used meditation as a way to find inner harmony. People are surprised to hear that meditation is a built-in ability we all have. But it's true, because the capacity to meditate is right there in one's responsiveness to life.

Meditation can help you enjoy life more and function better. Meditating regularly enhances physical health and vitality and promotes mental clarity. Emotionally, when you meditate you'll notice a deepened awareness of your feelings and a greater capacity to give and receive love.

Insight Inside is offers twice weekly meditation sessions on Wednesday evenings from 6.00 until 7.00 pm and Saturdays from 12.00 until 1.00 pm. You will learn simple and powerful chanting, breathing and visualization exercises.

Meditation session details

  • Meditation session duration : 1 hour
  • Meditation session fee LE 150 per month (discount available when taken with monthly yoga classes)
  • Private meditation sessions are available, one-on-one, for LE 150, additional persons LE 50 each
