The quick rhythm of our modern lives have left us full of stress which manifests itself in many ailments like; migraines, insomnia, weight- gain, chronic back pain, high blood pressure, panic attacks... etc. Clinical studies in the West into the effects of the regular practice of meditation have shown reductions in these ailments. By following this meditation exercise on a regular basis you will feel relaxed and calm more of the time and able to deal with life with a feeling of peace and serenity.
