Workshop Info

If you're interested in astrology as a path to self-knowledge and a better understanding of practical life issues in work and money, family and relationships, health and creativity, you'll have a rare chance to explore it when master astrologer Dan Furst gives his popular Introduction to Astrology workshop. The workshop will cover signs of the zodiac, planets and Moon's nodes, the 12 houses, the major "aspects" or angles of relationship, retrograde planets, Saturn and Chiron returns, progressions and more. During the workshop we will play "Name Those Stars," a game of discovering the identity of a famous person by exploring his or her chart.

This workshop will not cover the technical work of casting a chart -- that's for an advanced workshop -- but will focus on the far more intuitive and interesting art of interpreting charts. By the end of the workshop, you'll know much more about how to understand a chart and use it as a spiritual and practical guide. We have a series of intermediate, special-topics workshops and all about your sign workshops that Dan will give once a month at Insight Inside.
