Dina was born in 1969 in Alexandria to a Russian Mother and an Egyptian father and educated in the American University in Cairo. From day one she was exposed and always interested in cross cultural activities, places and people. 

Her background spans from athletic (member of the Egyptian Handball National team for 12 years), business (worked for 12 years in Marketing and Business Development in the consumer goods field in the Middle East, North Africa, Asia and Europe) and social work (volunteered for 4 years in a suicide help-line in Egypt). 

During the past few years she started to get exposed to spiritual development work with Insight Inside and gradually started to get drawn in that direction. Over the last year Dina took courses in Trager, Egyptian Healing, Reiki and will start this year will her training in VortexHealing®. 

Dina is presenting meditation sessions and Arabic meditation sessions on a weekly basis and a monthly mediation workshop with an interesting topic. In addition, Dina presents these workshops:
introduction to meditation
classic mandalas
islamic mandalas
guided visualization
color & intuition (offered for adults or children)

For children Dina offers story-telling meditations for children.
Dina is also available for private Reiki sessions.
