Sound Health is a sonic treatment that uses quartz crystal singing bowl and bells, Australian didgeridoo and voice to realign the vibrations of the body and the heart and realign them with spirit.

A sound health session takes about an hour, in which you receive the pure, transformative sounds of a quartz crystal singing bowl, bells and an Australian didgeridoo, and you and your facilitator both make sound with your voices. Our aim is to find and remove energy blockages in your physical and emotional bodies, and to realign and lift your vibrational frequency. Please wear comfortable clothing, as we may move and stretch.
