Insight Inside presents a range of classes, all related to self-awareness, spiritual development and holistic healing. For more information about one of the classes, click on the corresponding link below. Click here to register for classes.

  • Hatha yoga
        Hatha yoga is an art of living. By controlling your breath you
        recycle your stress into positive energy. Stretching your spine
        and muscles with physical posture brings health and increases
        flexibility; a first step before meditation and yoga chanting.
  • Pregnancy yoga
        The practice of yoga can help you prepare your mind and body for
        labor and birth as this helps you focus, to concentrate and keep
        you healthy. The yoga poses are gentle ways of keeping your
        body active and supple and minimize the common pregnancy
        symptoms like morning sickness and constipation.
  • Age Less Yoga
        While learning to listen carefully to the body’s needs we can maintain
        youthful grace and flexibility, build a joyful, positive self-image, rediscover
        our creative spirit and gain in spiritual wisdom and inner fulfillment
        from the inner and outer practices of yoga.
  • Children's Yoga
        Children today are under a lot of stress: after-school activities, over-scheduling, peer
        pressure. Yoga, through the use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises helps them
        develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination; skills they can carry
        beyond class and into their daily routines. Children are encouraged to explore and discover
        the mind and body in a fun-filled way!
  • Sacred Chakra Dance
       
    If you are interested in developing spiritually, and having fun,
        losing weight & gaining fitness then these Chakras Dance
        classes are for you.
  • Theatrical healing course
        This 6-week Theatrical Healing series is an extended interactive
        drama workshop aimed at creating communal experiences
        around the issues that concern women in all their diversity.

  • Meditation morning and evening
        A weekly session to practice different forms of meditation.
       
    Beginner, intermediate & advanced meditators are welcome.
  • Arabic meditation
        Besides English meditation sessions, we now also offer weekly
        meditation sessions in Arabic.
  • Body awareness
        This 8 week series aims at helping the person have more body
        awareness and a general feeling of being in his/her body.
  • Qi Gong
       
    Qi Gong is a Chinese practice for health emanating from Chinese
        philosophy (originally Taoism). It is an art of living and of self-
        training for our total being, to achieve harmony within our body
        and with the universe.

    Tai Chi, as it is practiced in the west today, can perhaps best be
        thought of as a moving form of yoga and meditation combined.

    The power each of us holds over our own well-being is startling.
        It begins by becoming aware of our bodies as an integrated

  • Feldenkrais®
        Awareness through movement
