What Hatha is yoga?
Hatha yoga is an art of living. In our daily lives our minds become exhausted
with the traffic of thoughts and this affects who we are and who we become.
Yoga helps us to balance the physical and psychological
features of our bodies, stabilizes the secretions of glands and quiets the
mind.
Meditation brings us to a state of complete peace and self realization, as
stimulating the chakras helps us to realize that the energy within us is as
great as the energy of the universe; as we each have a source of light.
About the class
Hatha yoga means ‘Ha’ right nostril breathing, ‘Tha’ left nostril
breathing.
By controlling your breath you recycle your stress into positive energy. Stretching your spine and muscles with physical posture brings health and
increases flexibility; a first step towards meditation and yoga chanting.
Wear comfortable cloths and you might need a towel. Shoes and watches should be
removed during the class.

- Investment in yourself LE 150
per month, beginning on the day you register (discount available when taken
with monthly meditation classes).
- Free trial class the second Wednesday of each month.
- Private yoga instruction is available, the investment in yourself for
private instruction is LE 150 per session.
