Children's Yoga Children today are under a lot of stress: after-school activities, over-scheduling, peer pressure. Yoga, through the use of animated poses and basic stretching exercises helps them develop better body awareness, self-control, flexibility and coordination; skills they can carry beyond class and into their daily routines. Children are encouraged to explore and discover the mind and body in a fun-filled way! Wear comfortable clothes and you might need a towel. Shoes and watches will be taken off during the class.
