We work with an agenda. So please, if you have to cancel your appointment inform us 24 hours before, so we can give your timeslot to someone else. Sessions not cancelled 24 hours in advance will be charged for 50%. Last minute cancellations will be charged for the full 100%. When coming late for a session, the duration of the session may be adjusted to the time left for the session. If a longer than usual session is requested, the session fee can be adjusted accordingly.
