Insight Inside is a centre dedicated to total well-being (holistic health). We offer a variety of classes, workshops and courses promoting self-awareness, spiritual development and personal growth. Private consultations in a variety of Complementary Wellness Methods (CWMs) are also available, along with a general well-being shop.
